About Me

I’m a senior executive, attorney and Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Coach with 35+ years of experience advising CEOs, executives and boards; executing on strategic initiatives; and building legal departments, HR functions and M&A capabilities at leading technology companies.

I help companies navigate the moments that define their future — transformative commercial deals, mergers and acquisitions, leadership conflicts, crises, and the building (or rebuilding) of critical business functions.
